School Photography and Yearbook Foundation Launch

The new foundation for school photography and yearbooks will officially be launched at the International Conference on School Photography and Yearbooks June, 9-11th at the Westin Galleria Hotel in Houston, Texas.

The new chairman, Rich Scanlon of ImageQuix and Photolynx will be presenting the foundation's plans and success during the first general session of the conference. Scanlon a former NFL player and now CEO of an industry supplier to school photographers and yearbook providers, has a huge heart for kids and is excited to lead this foundation for the industry.

Over the summer, Scanlon in partnership with David Crandall of School Photographers of America plan to recruit educators and other industry leaders to complete the board in preparation of its launch in spring of 2023. The focus of the board will be to provide awareness and gain grants to serve displaced children and other children and families in need with the rich school traditions.
